Meet The Staff

Here, you can meet the staff that run All Saints Playgroup and get to know us!

Hilary

NVQ Level 3 Early Years Childcare – Manager/SENCO

I enjoy being part of the friendly playgroup team, working together to provide opportunities for the children to explore, experiment and discover through their play and learning. I feel very privileged to be able to watch their happy faces as they engage in the fun.

My interests are gardening, working on our shared family allotment and spending time with my family, especially my two very active grandchildren.

Nettie

NVQ Level 3 Early Years Childcare, Foundation Degree in Early Years / Safeguarding Lead

I have worked at the playgroup for 20 years, starting as a volunteer when my youngest child attended the group.

I enjoy watching the children develop and learn. It’s good to see their confidence grow and to observe their imagination and creativity at work.

When I’m not at playgroup, I like to read, camp and cook.

Louisa

NNEB Diploma in Nursery Nursing, Playwork Level 3/ Deputy SENCO

When aged 18, I applied to study as a nursery nurse in Oxford. I’ve always loved supporting young children and helping them to find their feet and identity. A little while on, after raising several of my own, that excitement hasn’t gone away! I joined All Saints Playgroup in 2017, and it’s a privilege to be able to work at the heart of our local community.

Faye

NVQ Level 3 Childcare and Education/ Curriculum Lead/ Deputy Safeguarding Lead

I’ve worked in childcare for 15 years with a focus on pre-school. I’m a mother of 2 children and love to watch children grow and develop into their own characters. After seeing how much my own children loved All Saints and the difference it made to their early years, I am delighted to now be a part of their amazing team.
